Chloë graduated with first class honours in 2004 and has been running a successful practice at Back in Balance in Forres ever since.

Chloë specialises in a gentle integrative osteopathic approach, combining her training in Classical Osteopathy with Cranial and Visceral work, Sports and Remedial Massage, Medical Acupuncture and Lymphatic Drainage.

Chloë treats patients of all ages and from all walks of life. From babies to the elderly.

Chloë is also a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Health and Wellness Coach.

Specialising in core work, posture and stretching. She provides a safe and supportive environment for first time exercisers or those looking to regain lost fitness.

Jon Kift

Bodyworker, Personal Trainer, Self Defence Instructor

Jon qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2008 and started his journey as a bodyworker in 2014 when he joined Back in Balance as an associate.

Jon has qualifications in Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Advanced Manipulative Therapy, Medical Acupuncture and Lymphatic Drainage. Jon combines these different therapeutic modalities with his knowledge of stretching, nutrition and fitness, to provide a first class treatment package to all those who consult him.

As a Personal Trainer Jon specialises in Strength Training, Kickboxing, Self Defence and Martial Arts. He works one to one, and with small groups, providing an enjoyable way to get fit and learn new life skills.
