Training Programme
We offer confidential one-to-one and small group training from beginner to professional level. We work to a carefully planned regime prepared for you individually, thereby minimising the risk of injury, ensuring correct technique and maximising attainment.
We specialise in non-aided floor exercises using a mixture of western and oriental style training where the only equipment needed is your own bodyweight.
We also teach aerobic, anaerobic, general fitness, body toning, weight training, kick boxing/boxing, freestyle martial arts and self defense to include weapon defense.
We provide nutritional advice, and support with dietary alterations, to help you get the most from your body.
Periodisation routines can be made to suit. We will only teach what suits the individual, so goals are reached more quickly. We will help you train your mind, so that your body will follow.
